Col Bob Stewart DSO

Bob Stewart has worked in some of the toughest circumstances in the world and now he is much in demand for transferring his skills of motivation and effective team leadership to the business arena and in particular to sales forces. Not only was he the first British United Nations Commander in Bosnia, he has also completed long service in Northern Ireland and experienced policy-making at the highest level during his two years as Chief of Policy at Supreme Headquarters Allied Powers Europe. During his time in Bosnia, he was nicknamed ‘Bosnia Bob’ and became a familiar face to television viewers around the world as he handled the intricacies of Balkan politics. His book, ‘Broken Lives’, detailing the experience of operating under United Nations Command has become a best-seller. His extensive knowledge of strategy and management of challenging circumstance makes him ideally positioned to give insight to today’s business leaders. Bob is well experienced in speech-making, he was Military Assistant (Lieutenant Colonel) to the highest ranking officer in NATO where he was responsible for writing the first speech made by a NATO officer to the Soviet Ministry of Defence in Moscow. Until recently Bob was a Senior Consultant in the public affairs and corporate policy division of a major London firm, but he has recently taken up an appointment as Chief Executive of WorldSpace - responsible for the launch of satellites into space for the improvement of education in the Third World. Sir Chay Blyth

Chay Blyth became the first person to sail non-stop around the world in 1971 aboard the 69ft ketch British Steel. In recognition of his achievement, he was made a Commander of The British Empire (CBE) and was voted Yachtsman of the Year by the Yachting Journalists Association. Chris Moon

Chris's remarkable life story is one of consistently overcoming incredible odds. Working for a charity clearing land mines in Cambodia he is one of the few westerners ever to survive being captured by the notorious Khmer Rouge, not only negotiating himself out of his own execution but that also of his two colleagues. Clearing mines in Mozambique in 1995 he was blown up whilst walking through a 'cleared' area and lost both his lower right leg and right arm. Not only did he survive this ordeal when many thought he would not, but through sheer determination and an insurmountable will to succeed, he was competing in the London Marathon less than one year after this appalling accident. His work now involves putting together presentations for businesses on subjects such as motivation, change management, leadership and teamwork. The experience, enthusiasm and profound nature of his presentations is as relevant to board members as well as sales staff and management teams. As well as presenting to some of the most well known plc's in the business community, Chris appears regularly in the media. His numerous television, newspaper and radio appearances include being interviewed on The Parkinson Show.

Sir Clive Woodward

Clive Woodward is Coach of the England Rugby Union World Cup Winning Team. England's historic 20-17 victory over Australia in the Rugby World Cup final has drawn praise from all quarters of the rugby world. Fly-half Jonny Wilkinson secured the game for England with a last-gasp drop goal in extra-time, and in doing so sealed the nation's greatest sporting triumph since 1966. In September 1997, Clive Woodward became the first professional, full-time coach of the England Rugby Union Team. After graduating Clive joined Leicester Rugby Football Club and Rank Xerox simultaneously. He worked both here and in Australia for Rank Xerox, Portfolio Leasing and Ford Leasing. He coached London Irish and won them promotion to the Premiership. He went on to coach England U21s for three seasons (1994-97), and whilst coaching at Bath, he accepted the challenge to coach the England senior squad. Clive is credited with creating a unique Management System within International Rugby and for bringing professionalism to the game in England. He also worked as Director of Football at Southampton FC until 2006 and is now leading a team of potential Olympians in a bid to win a substantial haul of medals for great Britain in the forthcoming Olympics.
